Is my PDF stored on your servers?
Your file is uploaded for processing only and is deleted immediately after the watermarked PDF is generated. We do not keep copies for marketing or analytics.
What watermark style is applied?
The tool adds a diagonal gray text watermark centered across each page. The default text is CONFIDENTIAL, but you can change it to any short label.
What is the maximum file size?
Each PDF can be up to 25 MB. For larger documents, split or compress the PDF first, then apply the watermark.
Can I watermark only some pages?

Does watermarking work on password-protected PDFs?
